These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

Alcohol is only sold to persons aged 18 or older.

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. AER reserves the right to cancel any order where there is reasonable suspicion that the purchaser is under the legal age.

Delivery must be received by a person aged 18 or older.

3. Product Information

We aim to present all products as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur, including but not limited to label design, vintage, or minor details.

All wines are selected and curated by AER. Availability is limited and subject to change.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

Payment is charged at the time of purchase. We accept standard online payment methods as indicated at checkout.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered within Denmark using selected carriers.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary. AER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that a person aged 18 or older is present to receive the delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the withdrawal period.

Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

7. Complaints

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable Danish consumer protection laws.

8. Liability

AER cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products.
